Knife sharpening in Belmont & the eastern shore

From Croudace Bay down through Belmont to Marks Point, the eastern shore is one of our busiest runs — postcode 2280 pickups rarely wait long for a batch.

Knives are sharpened on a slow, water-cooled wheel with a fixed-angle jig, then honed on leather. The edge is polished, not just abraded — you feel the difference on the first tomato.

Door-to-door pickup and return

We collect and return door to door across postcode 2280 — flat $15 fee, 5-knife minimum, typically 1–2 days end to end. Part of our Lake Macquarie pickup service.

Fewer than 5 knives?

Pickup runs in 5-knife batches — but if we're already collecting nearby, a smaller order can often ride along. Ask us → Otherwise the prepaid satchel takes any quantity, even one knife: post at any AusPost, back about a week later. How mail-in works →

Boats, BBQs and big households

Belmont's mix keeps the run interesting: fillet knives off the boats, well-used family knife blocks, and the occasional serious BBQ brisket slicer. Standard, heavy and premium tiers cover the lot.

If the whole block's going blunt, that's the ideal pickup — a family set clears the 5-knife minimum on its own.
