Per-knife pricing, flat postage, no quote games. The total you see on the order form is the total you pay — and if a knife doesn't come back properly sharp, we redo it free or refund that knife.

Not sure which tier? Pick Standard — if a knife needs different treatment we contact you before doing anything, and you choose: pay the difference or have it returned untouched and refunded.

Mail-in postage (flat, covers both directions)

We post you a prepaid, pre-addressed satchel. You pack your knives, drop it at any Australia Post outlet or box, and return postage back to you is already covered. One flat fee, no surprises at the counter. How mail-in works →

Local pickup — Lake Macquarie

For postcodes 2264, 2267, 2278, 2280, 2281, 2282, 2283, 2284, 2285, 2286, 2290 we collect and return your knives ourselves: flat $15 fee, 5-knife minimum, no postage at all. Lake Macquarie service details →
