Knife sharpening for Cardiff & Cameron Park
From the established streets of Cardiff to Cameron Park's new estates, postcode 2285 is the busy middle of our westside run — pickups here rarely wait more than a couple of days for a batch.
Sharpening is slow and water-cooled on a fixed-angle jig, finished by hand on leather. New-house knife blocks and inherited carbon-steel veterans get the same treatment: no heat, no over-grinding.
Door-to-door pickup and return
We collect from your door across postcode 2285 — flat $15 fee, 5-knife minimum, typically 1–2 days end to end. Part of our Lake Macquarie pickup service.
Fewer than 5 knives?

New estates, new knives — kept new
A lot of 2285 kitchens are young: good knife blocks bought with the house, two years in and losing their bite. Sharpened properly now, they'll outlast the mortgage — that's the point of the water-cooled method.
Tradies: chisels, planes and utility blades book as heavy and come back ready for work, not blued at the tip.
Run a café, club kitchen or food business locally? We do recurring sharpening for commercial kitchens — reach out through the contact page and we'll sort a schedule that suits your service.
